Stanicdesign, trading as Parveda, KvK 42065592 (Netherlands), is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions: parveda@stanicdesign.nl.
What we collect
- Order data — your email address, the bundle purchased, amount, country and order reference.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Shop administration — the shop owner's own login (email and a hashed password) for the admin area. Buyers do not need an account.
- Technical data — server logs and, with your consent, analytics.
Why, and on what basis
- Delivering your download and sending the link — performance of the contract.
- Invoicing and bookkeeping records — legal obligation.
- Fraud prevention and shop security — legitimate interest.
- Analytics and any marketing email — your consent, withdrawable at any time.
Who processes data for us
Stripe (payments and tax), our hosting and database provider, and our transactional email provider. Each acts as a processor under a data-processing agreement. Where data leaves the EEA, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Invoice and bookkeeping records are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email parveda@stanicdesign.nl; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
