Bundles are digital files delivered instantly, so the usual 14-day EU cooling-off period doesn't apply once your download is available — you confirm this explicitly at checkout before payment.
We refund in full when
- The files are corrupt, incomplete, or won't open, and we can't fix it.
- Your download link never worked and we can't get you a working one.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- The bundle is materially different from what the product page described.
We generally can't refund
- Downloaded files you simply changed your mind about.
- Buying the wrong bundle after downloading it — but ask, we're reasonable.
- Wallpapers not looking the way you hoped on your specific device.
How to request one
Email parveda@stanicdesign.nl with your order reference and what went wrong. We answer within 2 working days and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Your statutory rights
This policy never limits mandatory consumer rights under EU or Dutch law, including your rights when digital content does not conform to the contract.
