These terms apply to every purchase made through this shop, operated by Stanicdesign, trading as Parveda, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 42065592 (the "Seller"), reachable at parveda@stanicdesign.nl.
1. What you're buying
Each product is a "bundle": a set of wallpaper image files supplied as digital downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. File formats and resolutions are listed on each bundle page.
2. Prices and VAT
All prices are in euros and are final. The Seller applies the Dutch small business scheme (KOR, art. 25 Wet OB 1968) and therefore does not charge VAT; no VAT is shown or deductible on your receipt.
3. Delivery
Delivery happens immediately after successful payment. You are redirected to a private download page with a unique, non-guessable address, and the same link is sent to the email address you provided. It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address.
4. Right of withdrawal — digital content
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, this right lapses once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); art. 6:230p BW).
At checkout you must explicitly tick a box confirming that you want the download to be made available immediately and that you accept losing your 14-day right of withdrawal. Without that consent, delivery is held until the 14-day period ends.
5. Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the wallpapers on devices you own. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or include the files in another product, and you may not use them commercially without a separate written licence. Copyright stays with the Seller.
6. Availability of your download link
Your private download link stays valid for 7 days after purchase, so please save the files locally. If the link expires before you managed to download, email the Seller with your order reference and a new link is issued free of charge. The Seller may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse or bandwidth misuse.
7. Liability
The files are supplied as-is. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
8. Complaints and applicable law
Complaints go to parveda@stanicdesign.nl and are answered within 14 days. Dutch law applies; consumers keep the protection of mandatory law in their own country of residence. Disputes can also be raised via the European ODR platform.
